Casting Call for short film Nemesis

CASTING white man, 40+ for the short comedy film “Nemesis” directed by award-winning filmmaker Dawn Jones Redstone, written and produced by Brenan Dwyer of Potty Talk Productions.

Character: “Geordi” is a cocky all-American man who considers himself a Scrabble genius.

About the film: “Nemesis” is a comedy film that explores white male fragility through a single Scrabble match. The film has received funding from and will be part of programming for the Post Truth Project run by Open Signal and Lower Boom in November 2017. Potential for festival distribution as well.
Shoot dates: July 29-30. Possibility of 1 or 2 days of filming.
Pay: $100 p/day plus meals on set.
